Our experience with Andy’s painting from beginning to finish was nothing but pleasant. All the team members we worked with were very professional, caring and courteous. From the start it was apparent to us that they wanted the same thing we did. A finished product that customer and company would be proud of. Always receptive to our questions and concerns and putting us at ease. We had two different painting crews work on our interior project. Jose led one crew and Rafael led the other. Both teams very kind and respectful to our home. They were comfortable to communicate with and worked hard. Like all big projects follow up touch up was needed to complete job to the satisfaction of both parties. They never hesitated to make corrections to finish project. The job Forman for Andy’s painting is Jose and he was so good at his job. His standard for the quality of the painting and outcome was exactly what you want. We knew we were going to be happy when all was done because of him. Thank you Andy’s painting.

Our overall experience with this painting company was excellent. From the estimator to the crew that completed the project, everyone was professional, courteous, and detail-oriented. We have very high standards, and they met them. The team even came back promptly to take care of a few touch-ups, which we really appreciated. The quality of the work, communication, and overall value were all outstanding. We are very satisfied with both the results and the cost — highly recommend!

Wife and I did got our lovely home painted. From the beginning interaction with the sales team was amazing, Jack was very informative with very detailed information, all of our questions were answered with no hesitation, very professional!! The day of the project the painters showed up with smiles in their faces, which made us feel comfortable. Thought out the painting process the project manager showed up to check up on the job site, asked if we had any questions or concerns (which we didn’t ) noticed that him and his crew talked and walked the job site together and checked for any issues that could possibly happen, not many companies have that option to have someone check of the crews or just check to see if the job was being done correctly.

The final result was AMAZING!!!!! We highly recommend going with Andy’s for any of your painting needs. This experience was the best one on our books!

Please be cautious when considering Andy’s Painting for your painting needs. Below are some of our concerns with pictures. At the time of this review, our painting job is still unfinished as the pictures will show. Definitely not worth the 5000.00 we ultimately had to pay.

The estimate was incomplete, leading to confusion, missing materials, and poor direction during the first two days of work.

Minor nail holes were filled with large amounts of joint compound and painted over without sanding, leaving visible, uneven patches throughout. We understand that some repairs may be noticeable; however, the holes we had were from very small nails but the areas repaired are significantly larger than they needed to be.

Twice, incorrect paint colors were used, requiring repainting—but we still have areas where mismatched colors are visible. On top of that, painters removed floor coverings before finishing, resulting in paint splatters on our brand-new hardwood floors. One month into the job, we still have paint on our floors and carpet going up our stairs.

The lead painter left mid-project, leaving an assistant who ran out of paint during what was supposed to be final touch-ups. Despite returning the next day, the job was still left incomplete. We have multiple areas on our ceiling where you can still see the old color that they completely missed.

Even after a walkthrough with the project manager, follow-up attempts used the wrong paint color again. By the time they found the correct shade, we had lost trust in the company. The project manager repeatedly made excuses for each of our concerns and kept saying how they were 95% done; however, the problems needing to be fixed are at least two days of work in which they would need to tape everything off again in order to not get additional paint on our floors and furniture. We are now hiring another contractor to fix their mistakes—adding cost, stress, and unnecessary disruption to our lives.

This project was poorly managed, sloppily executed, and ultimately unfinished. The lack of professionalism and accountability has been extremely disappointing. The way we were dismissed and treated is very frustrating. We just wanted our home to be painted and look nice.

I used Andy’s Painting to paint all the outdoor trim and porches on our house as well as our garage door. They did a great job painting our porches, around all of our windows, and the wooden portions of our territorial-style home. They did a super good job and worked really clean. They ensured that they kept the white paint on the areas where the white paint was supposed to go and kept clean lines ensuring the white paint did not get on our stucco. We were very pleased with the professionalism and work ethic of the painters and how clean that they worked. Seth was our estimator and interface with Andy’s Painting and he did a great job as well always keeping us informed on issues impacting the job. We were very pleased with the work and will use Andy’s again in the future.
