I recently hired CertaPro, owned by Nikk Perez of the South Arlington - Mansfield, Texas division, to paint the interior stairs of my home, including the stair rails, spindles, shoes, and stringers. The team did an outstanding job — the workmanship was high-quality, detailed, and beautifully finished. The results exceeded my expectations, and I’m extremely pleased with how everything turned out.Nikk personally came out at the start of the project to review the scope of work and provide the estimate. He was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive, clearly explaining what the job would entail and ensuring everything was well planned from the beginning.Throughout the project, Nikk’s team was professional, courteous, and efficient. They took great care in their work and maintained a clean and organized workspace from start to finish. The overall result is truly impressive, and I would not hesitate to recommend CertaPro based on the quality of their craftsmanship. There were just a couple of minor touch-ups needed on a few spindles, but nothing that detracts from the overall excellence of the job.My only suggestion — and this is meant as constructive feedback— is that Nikk make sure to be available for a final walk-through once the work is completed. Unfortunately, due to scheduling conflicts on my end, we didn’t get a chance to do that. I believe a brief final inspection would be beneficial for both the contractor and the homeowner, allowing any small details to be addressed immediately and giving the contractor the opportunity to personally see the finished product.Overall, I’m very satisfied with the project and grateful for the team’s skill and professionalism.
