I wish I could give a higher score, because I actually really enjoyed working with That1Painter.But be wary of the "3 year guarantee".My house was painted by That1Painter 8 months ago. However, when they painted my gutters, they didn't apply any primer. So now after winter, almost all of the paint is peeling off of the gutters. It looks HORRIBLE.I've tried repeatedly to contact them to ask them to fix it... but no one is calling or writing me back. I am going to have to seek legal assistance. I suppose that they expect people won't follow through with the trouble it takes to make a small claim. But when you pay thousands of dollars to have your home repainted, it's not like that was money that could just be thrown away.
I had a great experience with this painting company especially with Andres. He is was an excellent person from start to finish. They were professional, punctual, and very detail-oriented. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and they left everything clean and neat once the job was done. Communication was clear throughout the process, and they delivered exactly what they promised. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable painting services.
I had such a great experience with this painting service. A friend recommended them and I’m so glad they did. They were incredibly professional from start to finish. I received text notifications with updates on who was coming and when, and the team always arrived right on time. They were so respectful of my home, even taking off their shoes and making sure everything was treated with care.They were consistently responsive, and the quality of their work was excellent. I worked with Julio and he was fantastic. I’m really happy with the entire experience and would highly recommend them. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future
Even though I had given them the wrong paint name they were quick to come out and reroll the walls that were wrong color to ensure they matched perfectly. They were prompt thru entire process and cleaned up after themselves and even touched up a couple places that I had previously painted and needed touching up without my asking. Great experience from beginning to end.
This painting company was a complete disaster. The manager, Devonte, lied from the start, claiming they had extensive experience with limewash paint on interior walls. This was the only reason I hired them. The workers they sent had no idea what they were doing and admitted they had only worked with limewash once before on a different type of surface.Their lack of experience was obvious. They couldn't produce a single acceptable sample, and the walls they touched are now ruined and need to be redone. Photos of their work are attached, so see for yourself. On top of everything, Devonte was incredibly rude and unprofessional, repeatedly lying, demanding more money because they realized their sample work does not look good without a primer. Then it looked even worse with the primer. I've had to terminate the contract and am now pursuing a full refund to cover the costs of the damage and hiring a new professional.Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. They will lie about their skills, damage your home, and act unprofessionally.
