I contacted Boise Home Painting and spoke to Aileen about getting an estimate for repainting my kitchen cabinets and the entire interior of my home. She was extremely friendly, professional and easy to work with. After the estimate, we went forward with the project. Before the work began, the project manager, Shaun, called and scheduled a “job walkthrough” to go over all of the details of the work. He was very courteous and spent a lot of time explaining everything. Josh was the lead painter assigned to our project and he was patient, friendly and worked very hard to ensure things were done right. Ezekiel was also one of the painters who worked tirelessly and had a great attitude every day. At the beginning of the project, we had an issue with a paint color that did not match our swatch. Josh immediately called Shaun. Even though it was late in the afternoon, well past his workday hours, Shaun promptly arrived at our home. He brought seven different lighter shades of the gray paint we told him was too dark and he applied them to the walls in multiple locations until we found the right one. We REALLY appreciated this! At the end of the project, Chris, the owner of Boise Home Painting came out and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction.

We had a very positive experience from start to finish. Chris, the owner, came out quickly to price the job and offered a great price for what we wanted. We did get a few quotes, and this was one of the best in the Valley. A big bonus for us was that they don't contract their work out- it was important for us to work directly with a company and its employees.

Communication throughout the entire process was excellent and made everything feel seamless. Shaun came out to confirm colors and do a walk through, and he was incredibly patient while we went back and forth deciding colors. Aileen in the shop was also helpful in scheduling, offering advice, and even lending paint samples.

Once we finalized our color choices, we were set up with a crew that included John, Nathan, and Kyler. They were friendly, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. From prep to clean up, everything was done right. I wanted a few things touched up, and John came back a few days later. He went above and beyond to complete the job.

This company offers a 5 year warranty, which made it feel like the right choice in addition to their awesome team. It truly shows that they stand behind their hardworking employees and products! (Sherwin Williams paint was used)

We plan on having them return to paint our vaulted ceilings, and hopefully with the same crew.

I am still giddy from the incredible job that Boise Home Painting accomplished on my home. They re-painted the entire exterior of my home. The job required a complete overhaul with three new color selections. Alex's crew was incredibly professional--strong work ethic, professional, efficient, high attention to detail, and meticulous. Even the shed received a make-over. The entire job was completed in four days and my neighbors are still stopping by, telling me how much they love my "new," beautiful home.
