The service provided by CertaPro is nothing less than outstanding. I found them on Google, read the reviews and called them for my whole home painting project. I am now very happy that the call connected and they were able to accommodate me on a short notice.The first visit from Mr.Pavin set the tone for the kind of service I would be getting. Pavin spent close to 2 hours at my place to understand all my concerns, ideas and scope of work for my newly acquired home which had a ton of DIY painting mishaps. This conversation has put me at a mental peace knowing the process and pricing which was well within my budget. I later checked with AI to compare pricing in Calgary and found that CertaPro offers some of the competitive prices in Calgary area. Pavin helped me select SW Shell Grey as my main color and provided many recommendations for the accent walls (I was surprised to know that 2 additional colors were included in my quote) and we chose accordingly. Overall, I would say that Pavin has helped making our vision into a plan and executable project. Thanks so much Pavin for this.Next comes the quality of workmanship from Rod & Jordan. When they came in for the 1st time, they started working on the preparation immediately after the walk through without wasting a second. Rod helped me understand the kind of coatings needed for each section of the home and did a few walk through with me throughout the project. They were able to finish everything in about 4-5 days. During the final walk through everything was meticulously done from final touch ups to cleaning to addressing our requests for additional touch ups. We also understood that Samantha has done a walk through even before we did ensuring everything was done well. Ibreally appreciate this kind of accountability and process. Overall great workmanship and skill. Painting was done without any issues.Last is the service after final walk through. We found a few small issues with finishing around our wall outlets for which they agreed to send Rod immediately to fix them. Rod came in, fixed all issues in an hour. The best part is he even fixed a mess our other plumber did in power room with caulking all over the sink and wall. This was not part of his duty but he did it for us saying "we just want our customers to be happy". Its very rare to see such empathy in businesses now a days and especially with tradesman. CertaPro responded quickly to my request for a quote and coordinated a visit to review our needs for lines painted throughout our warehouse. A competitive quote was provided and stood out against other service providers. We now have staging lanes for both of our inbound and outbound docks, as well as designated parking for forklifts at our battery charging stations.
