I had a great experience with Improovy from start to finish. The initial consultation was smooth and very organized, and communication throughout the project was clear and easy.We hired them to repair and repaint after a pipe leak. Diego did an amazing job. I could not be more pleased with the job that Improovy did from start to finish. From my initial contact with Carr to the job that Luis and his crew did, the whole team easily deserve 5 stars. I recently purchased a condo in a high rise and the walls were not in great shape. Luis and his crew did a great job at addressing all of the issues from big to small and now my place looks and feels brand new. Luis was extremely polite and professional. He reached out a couple of times to clarify any questions and kept me updated on progress and expected timeline to completion. I received quotes from a few companies and Improovy’s pricing was fair and reasonable. Being in a high rise can sometimes be challenging with scheduling and the logistics, but the communication from Improovy made it extremely easy. They arrived on time and took great care of everything, including final clean up. My job included dry wall repairs, and painting of the entire apartment, including ceilings and baseboards. Would 100% use Improovy again without thinking twice.
I bought a 1907 home that needed to be painted--every room. And it need to have repairs done to ceilings and walls. Improovy exceeded my expectations in every way. They were professional, timely, and on budget. They brought my attention to things that I never even noticed, and they ended up doing even more painting than I had anticipated. And when I noticed a couple of minor issues, they came back within 24 hours and addressed them. When you hire professionals like Improovy, you realize it right away. There was not one drop of paint on the floors after they left. I'll never hire any other painters except them in the future.
We hired Improovy painters in July 2025. They painted my entire condo except for ceiling, baseboards and windows. They did have to coat over green wall and a red bathroom. The painters that came were excellent. Luis and Miguel. They worked hard to complete the work and I’m grateful for that.The problem I have with the estimation that I received was over the phone based on photos and I don’t think that it was fair. I ended up paying a lot more for finishing that needed to be done in order for the entire paint job to look good. We feel that it should have been included in the original quote. Very aggravating!!
We had Improovy fix some drywall and paint our bathrooms and guest room. The whole process was fast - very responsive, quick turnaround, prices were fair and competitive. Everything and everyone was timely. I believe it was about a week between when I filled out the initial inquiry form and when the paint job was done. We’re planning to use them for another project coming up. Highly highly recommend!
