** adding further context based on owners comment, this review is for the work done on January 2024These guys charge premium rates but deliver a "landlord special" level of work. It took them five days to paint one bedroom, and I had to repeatedly ask them to come back to fix missed spots and sloppy cut corners. The lines are not clean or straight, and there was little to no wall prep--no proper sanding or surface preparation before painting.I also paid extra for premium paint, but they used a cheaper product instead. Since then, I've had other painters redo their work and paint additional rooms in just a couple of days, with far better results.

If I could give this team 10 stars I would. Hector and his team did such an amazing job, they were very accommodating and very communicative throughout the whole process. We ran into a few issues during the week and Hector was very on top of it and was able to find other work around solutions. I would 100% recommend them if you need your house or condo painted! The work they do is outstanding!
