Queen City Painting did a fantastic job scraping & painting the soffit & windows on my 1870’s historical home. Sales Manager Noah Kalthoff was extremely knowledgeable about the correct processes & products to use on my home. Noah & the painting crew were a joy to work with. Everyone showed up on time, worked very hard, & kept the project on timeline & on budget. The Sherwin Williams rep even stopped by while the job was in process to verify the colors were correct & to make sure I was happy with how things looked. I had the best possible experience with Queen City Painting. I brought them in to improve the hospital institution white walls of my apartment, and they did the greatest job. Not only with the painting itself, but with their organization and professionalism at their highest levels. They even provided at no extra charge a color specialist, who came over and helped me pick out the perfect colors that I needed and wanted. Then they came over and took care of some very small touchups that were needed afterwards. Also free of charge. My apartment is utterly transformed into a much warmer and visually pleasing living environment. You pay a little bit more, but you get the highest quality possible. My highest recommendation!
We looked high and low for a great painting company and we found one in Queen City Painting and Decorating! The owners who provide the estimate are professional, kind and fair. The painters are wonderful. They are hardworking, clean, and go the extra mile. We had one crack pop up after the painting and the owner had someone back within the week. They painted almost all of our interior walls and doors. I had the doors painted almost different color than white to add some pop and everything looks fresh and modern. Highly recommend them!
From start to finish, Queen City Painting and Decorating made it easy to get the job done. In our home, we had the stair risers repainted and the doors/trim in our nursery done. The team showed up on time and was professional in each of the (4) interactions we had with the Queen City team. Initially, I had elected to forgo the “shoe moulding” in the nursery but, after the initial paint job was done, I had regrets. Kristal listened to my concerns and quickly worked across the sales team (Noah) to issue a change order and rescheduled the painting professionals to return just the following week. And I am SO happy with the outcome. Truly, I do not think another company would have worked so quickly to make sure I was happy with the finished product. Also worthy of note, our package came with a color consultation. If you are unsure, you should absolutely take advantage of this service. We are hanging wallpaper in the nursery and I was indecisive on the trim color. Crystal helped us land on this beautiful color from Sherwin Williams. Needless to say, the next time I have a paint project Queen City will be my first and only call. Thanks you to all at Queen City for making this comprehensive experience a positive one.
