We are so happy with our LoCOl Paint experience. My husband and I recently bought a new home that had clearly been a rental, complete with plenty of “landlord special” paint jobs, quick cover-ups, and small repairs. We knew starting fresh with a full repaint of the interior living areas was a must.I found LoCOl through an Instagram ad, and from the start the process was incredibly easy. Booking was seamless, and Colton was fantastic when he came out to give us a quote—knowledgeable, thoughtful, and full of recommendations we’re genuinely glad we followed.The project was estimated to take about three days, but the painting team was so efficient they finished in just two. They arrived early each day, worked quickly, and never once sacrificed quality.Molly was also wonderful to work with. She coordinated the schedule and led the final walk-through with absolute eagle eyes, making sure there wasn’t a single spot that wasn’t perfect.All in all, this was one of the most seamless and professional experiences we’ve had with a home vendor in a long time. I just had LoCOL paint my older kitchen cabinets a Sherwin Williams Pewter Green color. I have an open floor plan with lots of light but I was really worried about transitioning from a very sterile beige to a rich green on my kitchen cabinets. Let me just say that I am so glad that I took the plunge and tried such a beautiful rich color. Because of the open floor plan this has transformed the whole first floor space. Secondly, we had a great staff at LoCOL who didn’t just show up for the “hard sell” (not) but returned each day to bring supplies, check on the painters, and get my continued feedback as a homeowner. The three painters built a plastic covered spray area that enclosed all of the work area but left the rest of my home open to continued use. The painters did an awesome job of painting but also of protecting my household from any overspray. They worked together as a team arriving when they said they would, and working efficiently all day. You can tell they enjoyed what they do and the people they work for. They were polite and answered any and all of my questions or concerns. They even plan to return today to wipe a slight overspray on one of my ceiling can lights that is way over my reach. I cannot say enough good things about this local family owned company. Molly is an amazing project manager and so personable. I just loved working with her. My old cabinets have a ew life thanks to LoCOL. It saved us so much money n my it to do a full kitchen redo at this stage of life. The best thing: they use sherwin williams highest quality cabinet paint. That is what sold us on this company over the other comparable estimates we received. This paint is much more durable than Emerald level with Sherwin Williams. They truly want the best for their clients. Thanks LoCOL. I am more than pleased with my kitchen cabinets.
They did a great job! Molly was so great with communication and leading the team. They finished our job in half a day, when it easily would’ve taken us weeks. (We know this for a fact—we tried painting other rooms in our house before we lost steam.) They did multiple quality checks with us at the end to make sure everything looked perfect and to our satisfaction. I would absolutely recommend their work.
Just had my house painted from an ugly Teal to an amazing Morden look. LOCOl paint was amazing every step of the way. Shout out to Cameron who did the estimate and helped get the project started. And to Toby our Project manager who was super professional and addressed any concerns along the way. If you need a paint job go with LOCOl paint!!! The painters are very fast and do quality work.
I used LoCOl Paint two times in 2022 and 2024. They did my interior, with a bunch of crack repair, and painting the cottage cheese ceiling (which I didn’t even know was possible!). I appreciated their attention to detail, returning after the work was done to make sure I was fully satisfied and they hadn’t missed anything.So I called them 2 years later to do the exterior before I sold my house as well. They were so fast to respond, and went out of their way to get the job done so we could list as soon as possible. They always spend a good amount of time in prepping well, too. It definitely made a huge difference in our house selling!
