CCRP were very easy to work with at all the steps along the estimate-schedule-paint-pay process. They did a great job - each home owner is so happy with the results. They took great care in the painting, put thought into addressing issues, and gave solid, quick estimates for new work to address additional issues. I will definitely be using them again!
Huge shout out to Colorado Commercial & Residential Painting... from meeting Eric who came to do the estimate, to emailing Justin for scheduling, the customer service was top notch... Not only that, their team of painters were phenomenal... I am VERY METICULOUS about processes and top notch work... and these guys were ON TOP OF IT!!!! Seamless! Looked like a bunch of Navy Seals handling their business all over my house. Finally, I appreciated Trevor who came to look over the finished work! 4.5. The house looks great. Stephen was very communicative from the get go. We chose our colors and when prep began there was a hiccup.We have an old house and it has design flaws that are prevalent throughout the neighborhood. Our shower backs up to an exterior wall. There were lots of nails left in the house by the previous owner and I had asked Trevor to have the crew remove them. Rather than removing the nails, the crew hammered them into the walls, which is their standard practice. This issue is that because of the design flaw in the house, we had a nail go through a tile in the shower. After removing the nail, we discovered that a few siding nails had been replaced with longer 5" to 6" nails, likely to hold a trellis or something by the previous owner. The nails were sticking out of the wall by 1" to 2" which is why I wanted them removed. Trevor and Hayden took blame and compensated us for the damage. The company is professional and has integrity, but it is frustrating when something is pointed out at the get go, and it causes damage to the property.That being said, Oscar and his team were very clean and polite. Every day they picked up after themselves. The attention to detail was amazing. We are so happy with the paint job and honestly the experience was seamless minus the damage to the shower.So our lasting impression is this: Regardless of how good a contractor is, contractors are in a rush. If I could go back in time, I would have removed all the nails myself before they started. Take the time to prep your house before they arrive for things they might overlook or rush through. You know your house better than anyone. I wish I would have listened to my gut and removed the nails before they arrived. That being said, CO paint has integrity, they stand behind their work with a warranty, they are professional, polite, and we are overall happy with the experience.See the pics below.
