I wish I could leave a better review … this is just our experience. We had the exterior of our home painted a few summers ago and the paint started to crack and brick bleed through within less than a year. When we contacted the company about the issue and asked about the warranty … we were told it was normal wear.

We have had two other contractors come out to review and both have said it looks as though incorrect or cheaper products were used as the exterior should not look this way. Sadly… we were told this issue isn’t covered as part of the advertised warranty even though it is clearly an issue with what the team put on the house and so are paying to have another contractor repair and repaint..

Again… this was our experience but just wanted to share it as it is an important one..

I would make sure you are asking what type of paint is being used and get details on the “warranty”. We do not recommend them for exterior painting!

In response to the response left for us:

if you as a contractor would have pointed out and communicated the issues with the “old brick” and mortar needing to be sealed before being painted, and that it was out of
your expertise, we would have used another contractor. Additionally, both of the contractors we had come out suggested another brand of sherwin Williams paint specifically for our old building.

So, I leave a one star review for all 6 owners and units of this building… because of your poor communication and misleading customers in order to gain business as well as taking 20k from
us when there are clearly some issues you are aware of but didn’t disclose up front …instead of doing the honorable thing and referring us to a business suitable for an old building … which is why we are using someone that can correct your mistakes… ! Sometimes referring customers out or telling them they would be better suited with another person is the best way to maintain respect! Take care

I can’t recommend Paint Denver enough. They first painted my kitchen cabinets, and the results were absolutely perfect. Because of that experience, I didn’t hesitate to bring them back to paint my ceiling, repair a wall, and repaint, and once again, they exceeded expectations.

What truly sets Paint Denver apart is their professionalism, trustworthiness, and timeliness. Every contractor who came into my home was courteous, respectful, and consistently on time—or even early. The quality of the work is outstanding and clearly done with great attention to detail.

I also want to specifically commend Rob, the owner. His follow-through, communication, and the way my projects were handled from start to finish were truly commendable and appreciated. It’s rare to find a company where the owner is so involved and committed to doing things right.

I highly recommend Paint Denver, I will absolutely use them again.

They were very understanding a flexible when I had an unanticipated schedule change and they even allowed me to participate. We just recently had our cabinets painted. The whole process was awesome from beginning to end. A no-pressure company. Our paint team, two women and a young man, lead by Silvia were amazing. They did such good job considering the condition of the cabinets. They were punctual and put in a lot of hours. Also very detailed. We had four companies come out and give us estimates for the work and Paint Denver was by far the lowest (we're hoping to have them come back and do some additional work). I would highly recommend this company.

Rob and his team were wonderful to work with and they did an outstanding job! Rob came and did a home visit and really helped me to figure out what was necessary and what wasn’t. They got me scheduled right away and completed a significant size job in one day! Rob helped me select colors and his team was really flexible with me adding repair jobs on last minute. Highly recommend. The paint job and experience were top tier.
