Made an appt, gave him my address. On the day of the appt, 30 minutes before he says he didn’t realize I was in a neighboring city (although he had my address). Wanted pictures of my house instead of coming out. Poor customer service.
Adriene showed up on time, has reasonable prices, and does good work. I would recommend to anyone needing a painter or handyman.
"Picky" infers detail oriented. I would rate his personal work ethics as what is expected in all contracted workers. His detail orientation is lacking, so that is mediocre. Bleed in paint is understandable but overlooking what should have been painted by someone that calls themselves picky is not. I do not know that I would recommend, especially after his intentional call back "quote" to fix what was missed. He should change is business name...Adrian's response was fictional. He NEVER returned and did anything for free. He was paid as requested everytime. I got the receipts. You didn't paint the bottoms of the drawers (lips) or cabinets (lips). Is that what is considered normal? I agreed as per your contract and fulfilled my part of the bargain. It has nothing to do with what you stated, but with the fact that you did a MEDIOCRE job. In the end my wife touched up all the details you missed which were not paint errors but painter failures. In the end, your free return to do anything was as part of your contract and on the same trip you were paid for, for a so so dry wall patch. During which you inquired if you could take the paint from this job? Yeah...Holding someone accountable as per their agreement on contract is not excessive, unless you are the one being held accountable.Nice try Satan
Adrian was professional and thorough with painting the exterior stucco of our home. He was specific with every detail. From the type of paint used, method and pricing. He was knowledgeable and patient when answering our many questions (even to my 4 year old who wanted to converse with him.) He gave day to day progress reports, was on time, and communicated the days he would not come in advance. Once the job was concluded, we did a walk around the house to check for touch ups. He had a positive response to the couple of touch-ups we asked for. He was great to work with and is definitely recommended. He has high standards for his work and pays attention to every detail which may explain his company name "Picky Painter & Home Maintenance."
Picky Painter is the best house painter in El Paso, he just finished painting my home and he is one of the most professional painters I have ever met. He also rescreened my windows and they look great. I strongly recommend Picky Painter and would use him again.
