Big shout out to Lucas and his crew for their recent work at our home - a project (sealing and painting an old fashioned knotty pine panelled living room), that we had been putting off for a long time because of concerns it would be technically difficult and not turn out as well as we wanted.At the initial visit, Lucas confidently ran though the pros and cons of how to approach the project, and he and his very professional crew subsequently transformed our living room. Along with some additional work in the rest of our home, they were in and out in a matter of days, minimizing disruption to us and leaving the place spotless on completion.The bottom line is: "you get what you pay for", and we have already booked another project with them in the near future.
We had an excellent experience with Lucas. He’s unwaveringly professional, courteous, and ready to offer great advice to help ensure the work is beautifully done. He painted the exterior of our house and stained a newly built shed, giving us great advice on colour choices for the exterior and trim. The work was done expertly and efficiently, with coordination with uos to make sure the timing worked all around. The job site was spotless at the end of each day and at the completion of the project. Lucas followed up with us several weeks later to make sure that we were completely satisfied, offering to come in to touch up even minor issues — there were none. Our neighbours have complemented the new look of the house; elegant and beautifully painted. Thanks Lucas for such a wonderful job! I'm very pleased with the work that Elite Trade Painting's employees did. They came in and discussed options, moved furniture around and removed/replaced the 55 inch TV on the wall. They accommodated our needs (my husband suffered a stroke) with minimum disruption. The guys were polite and very mindful of our concerns. Lucas often dropped by to check on the work being done and encouraged our input. They left very little cleanup and offered to return if any we needed anything touched up. I fully recommend this wonderful company.
