We had our entire house painted by this franchise. The price they quoted was reasonable. The customer service was excellent. Joel, David, Ben and the rest of the team were professional, always on time and very thorough. The quality of the work was very good, the final result was top notch. They put in the work until it was up to their standard. They even can back for touch ups and did an excellent job. Overall we are very happy with the work. Thanks for the excellent pain job. We had one day painters paint three levels of a townhome. Given the size of the job, it was not a one-day project. The price is average, given we received 3 different quotes (two other private contractors). We went with this franchise for the efficiency, though we did compensate for the quality and cleanliness. We are still scrubbing paint off hardware months later as we find it. We understand it’s paint, but after speaking to several professionals, all was preventable and for the cost, we should not have experienced this. The film on our glass pantry was painted on, they came back to take it off, left it destroyed. We had to have the company come back and fix the glass film. They do come back and do “touch ups”. Overall there’s a variety of levels of painters on the team they bring in and it is evident room by room completed. I do recommend getting any promises the salesperson makes in writing as we had a few hiccups there as well. I do recommend taking photos and doing a full inspection before your payment is completed.
