Recently had the outside of my 2 story home repainted. Certapro did an excellent job from quote to finish. I was really impressed with how clean they got the hardy plank before the painting began. They caulked and did some repairs as well. They kept the work area clean and made sure everything was put away at the end of the day. Everyone was pleasant and answered any questions or concerns I had immediately. My house looks awesome and just in time for the holidays.

What made their professionalism even more impressive is that they were simultaneously working with another major organization on a community project for our building. While CertaPro’s responsibility was strictly the painting, another group handled the paint itself. Even so, their team took the initiative to come out beforehand to confirm the color and make thoughtful recommendations — including suggesting that we switch from satin to flat paint for better longevity and appearance based on our building’s layout. They didn’t have to share that insight, but they cared enough to do so, and we’re so grateful for it.Despite several moving parts and last-minute changes to the project plan, CertaPro remained flexible, professional, and patient throughout. They seamlessly adjusted their workflow when the original starting area wasn’t available and managed to paint around nearly 40 staff members who were constantly coming in and out of the workspace.The crew was incredibly friendly, respectful, and willing to help in ways that exceeded expectations — from moving and removing furniture and wall décor to offering to help put everything back in place afterward. Any small inconveniences that arose were quickly met with understanding and solutions from their team.Cassie and the entire crew were phenomenal (I wish I remembered everyone’s names!). Sebastian and team came to our house for a kids room revamp. Going from baby to toddler to now pre-teen, the kids were ready for an upgrade and Sebastian and team helped us spruce up the rooms with new paint and some house boo-boos.
