These guys were great to work with! I started with a walkthrough, we went over what I wanted and figured out pricing. An appointment was made that worked with my schedule, the project manager called me ahead of time to confirm the date and time. The guys were here on time, were Soper clean and professional! 10/10!!!
All In Painting provided top notch service throughout the whole process - custom color consultation, excellent coordination & communication with Miranda as she managed our project & Axel’s painting crew provided great attention detail. If your looking to paint your home, look no further, hire All In Painting.
It's unfortunate that this company is involved with such a strong networking group where they rely on each other for 5 star reviews to keep honest reviews like mine invisible.PLEASE, IF YOU HIRE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE YOU ARE QUOTED A FAST TIMELINE, ASK MORE QUESTIONS. TOM WILL SET UNREALISTIC EXPECTATIONS FOR HOW LONG THIS PROJECT WILL TAKE, YOU WILL HIRE THEM, PAY A DEPOSIT, AND THEY WILL NOT RESPECT YOUR TIMELINE.They will rush their work, and deliver non professional quality. If you question the quality, they get mad/defensive and do not stand behind their work. They ABANDONED our project because we wanted to hold them to the standards and timeline they promised us (and will promise you, too). They will put a project manager on staff that has NO EXPERIENCE painting, NO ATTENTION TO DETAIL, and this Project manager is expected to manage a crew of SUBCONTRACTORS that DO NOT RESPECT HIM.Our cabinets are in an office somewhere in GREENWOOD to be painted... THEY WILL NOT COMMUNICATE WITH US ON HOW TO GET THEM BACK.They abandoned the project. And we are left in a mess. Please, please, PLEASE do not fall for the 5 star reviews. It's a networking group where they pump each other up. The pictures speak for themselves. Now the owner/manager will claim "we were disrespectful, and we raised our voice, we made the crew uncomfortable" and it's so overblown. How can you be a professional company that can't handle some criticism when you enter OUR HOUSE, QUOTE US OVER 30,000, DO BAD WORK, and LIE ABOUT THE TIMELINE.It's disgusting.Update: Cabinets were returned a week later.
Absolutely the most horrific contractor I've ever experienced.Hired this company for a whole house paint job. This morning, I held the company accountable for a project manager who didn't know anything about the project and a paint crew making extremely slow progress with quality issues--- and the company walked out on our job. They left our house looking like the attached photos AND WILL NOT COMMUNICATE OR ANSWER QUESTIONS. They have our down payment, signed contract, and are in possession of ALL OF OUR KITCHEN CABINET DOORS/DRAWERS-- but will not communicate-- complete silent treatment as they walked out and still many hours later. For good measure, they were also extremely disrespectful to our next door neighbor who tried to intervene and ask questions on our behalf as they walked out of our house.A complete nightmare. DO NOT HIRE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Tom will try to sweet talk you into a sale-- don't fall for it like we did.
We are very happy with the way our kitchen cabinets turned out. I personally think that if it is within your budget, spray painting the cabinets vs painting them with a roller and brush gives a more professional result which is what we had done. Our cabinets were the typical honey oak and we had them painted white. Because they are oak, there is still some wood grain that shows through but we love the way they turned out.Our salesman, Tom did a great job in explaining the process and answered all of our questions. Rachel, the designer assisted in my decision for the cabinet color. The office manager was easy to deal with for setting up the appointment.Ali did an exceptionally good job spray painting the cabinet boxes. This process involved a lot of prep which basically consisted of building up plastic walls and making sure all surfaces that are not to be painted are protected. The cabinet doors were removed and taken to their location to be spray painted. Once the doors were done, Ali proceeded to remove all of the protective coverings and reinstalled the doors, did some final touch up and cleaned up the work area. We were very impressed with her attention to detail and her work ethic. She always showed up on time. This was a good experience. I would recommend All-in-Painting if you need cabinets painted.
