I have used Fine Painting for years and have recommended them to others. My most recent experience was a stark contrast to my past experiences. I called to get an estimate and Andy came out, as expected, to review the job. He said I would receive the estimate later that day or the next. All great, except I never received the estimate. I checked my spam, still nothing. So, after a few days, I called and left a message stating that I never received the estimate and asking them to send it. I left my name, phone number and email address. No response. A few days later, I called again and again left the same message. Again, no response. No call, no email and no estimate. I guess they don’t want any business.Update: I received a call and they are working on my estimate. That is progress.
Fine painted the entire interior of our house a few years ago. We were so happy with their work we just had them come back to paint our front door and shutters. Several of the guys were the same friendly and efficient guys that came last time. We thought that was impressive. It shows that they treat their employees right to keep them that long. They do an excellent job and clean everything up perfectly. Our house has a whole new personality with the new look on the front!
