I just called to get a quote for exterior paint on my house. I live close to Lee Summit where they do service. But when they heard my ZIP Code, they refused service because it’s the same ZIP Code as Ruskin Heights and apparently undesirable area. I am closer to Crestwood than Lee Summit is. This level of customer service seems odd for a business in the service industry.
Mike was responsive, honest, and didn't waste time. It was so easy to work with him. No, because my house is old and I was specific about my needs (ex. Make this space look finished, and mitigate the lead paint risks). They were new subcontractors, and I knew that. They were good guys, and got the job done to my satisfaction. I witnessed Mike teaching, correcting,and making sure everything was done properly.Those painters rely on Mike to find jobs and get experience. The most important thing for me is that Mike addressed all my concerns himself.See before, during, and after photos. You can tell which are which!
Hired Crestwood Painting for an older residence in Brookside. The home was long overdue for exterior painting and required some siding repair. Mike's bid was nearly $3000 lower than the next highest bid. The house was painted quickly, on-time, and within budget. Satisfied with the final color and results.Two points to consider when working with Crestwood. First, they relied on sub-contractors for our job. This may have contributed to some smaller issues with expected scheduling and details regarding siding repairs, etc. Second, communication between us and Mike and Mike and the sub-contracts required some careful attention. In the end, we are satisfied with the final result.
