My husband & I needed to have our living room and hallway painted. My office used CertaPro last year, and they did a really nice job, so we reached out to them. They were able to come by and give us an estimate. They even provided a colour consultation, which really helped because we weren't sure what colour to choose. We showed them a few areas that needed extra TLC and they said no problem. They completed the work in one day! We were very impressed! All of the people that we dealt with at CertaPro were very professional. We'll be contacting them again for our next painting project!
I chose this place after reading Google reviews, and I’m so glad I did. They were punctual, responsible, and I highly recommend them without hesitation. For 6 years, I hesitated to fix my kitchen cabinets, which were peeling and warped. I was skeptical about how they’d turn out, but the result completely blew my doubts away—they look brand new.I loved that they took the doors to their factory for painting and only did the moldings at my house. It significantly reduced the amount of work done indoors, making it very convenient. Compared to other companies, I saved a lot of money as well. The painters were friendly and, above all, highly skilled. From the initial consultation and color consulting to the actual painting, they were a perfect team. After getting a number of quotes for renovation work on our future (and now) home, we chose CertaPro because of multiple recommendations from co-workers as well as their ability to do Stucco (popcorn ceiling) removal.The paint and wall condition in this house was not good. Unfortunately, it was used as a rental and had a tenant who was a heavy smoker, and not a very good painter. CertaPro first dealt with the old Stucco ceilings, which (as far as we know) were at least 40 years old, and highly varied from room to room. It was no small task, but after 4 days, the ceilings looked incredible - like new.They moved onto painting after the ceiling work, and as part of that, filled holes in the wall; and it's amazing how much you don't notice holes or dents or issues in the wall until you see them plastered over and sanded before paint. Once the walls were prepped, primer and paint went on fairly quickly and was beautifully done.My wife provided them with all of the colours, which were sourced from various places, and they matched them all perfectly.After the painting was complete, as with any large job, there were a few touch-ups or changes that were needed, and CertaPro makes this very easy; they have a project manger call you and arrange to come over and walk through with you. If there are any concerns - something missed, trim that's the wrong colour, a splatter of paint somewhere - anything - they note it, take pictures and then send a touch-up team to make sure you are happy with the result before arranging full payment.This was the first such major paint and renovation work we've had to do, and it was immensely helpful to have a company that was easy to work with, happy to make corrections and so focused on making sure YOU are happy with the result. There were no surprise extra charges in the end, and no sense of rush or harassment for wanting to get paid and have the job behind them. I would definitely recommend them for any such work.
