Unlike others, she did not bring tech to measure the spaces and could describe her approach such that her true professional experience was authentic. She laid out her schedule to paint our home, helped me pick colours, and set clear expectations for how we were to prepare our space/walls. Her team completed per the schedule exactly as described, on schedule, on budget and with no hidden costs. Jessica emphasized wanting us to be picky and be sure that we were completely happy. I picked out a couple of very minor areas and they were touched up/remediated immediately. Her team was professional, and efficient; they painted all trim, crowns, doors and walls. Each day, they came in, set up, and cleaned up. A room by room approach that stuck to a clear schedule minimized our family’s disruption. Our 20+ year old home now looks like it is brand new!
