Absolute worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. Hired this company 1 month ago as a subcontractor from a remodel company to paint the interior of our home, I wish I had never done so.I spent a lot of hard-earned money to avoid the headache of painting myself, now I have to redo almost all of what they were paid to do.They did not pull light fixtures, they painted over them. They did not tape anything until I complained about them getting paint all over my floors. They did not use drop clothes and got paint all over my floors, cabinets, furniture, counter tops, etc. They rinsed their brushes in my kitchen sink and now the rubber lining of my drain is stained and will need to be replaced. They borrowed my broom for the week then left it outside in the dirt when they left, along with piles of trash throughout my house. They sloppily patched holes then did not sand many places, just painting over them. They purposely did not paint places they thought I couldn't see, tops of door trim, under cabinets, sides of trim in corners.I have bare spots throughout where they did not do a 2nd coat, or a first, I have many spots on my baseboards that are already cracking and peeling.It will take me several days to redo what they should've done. It will take me many hours to clean up all the paint they got on all the surfaces they shouldn't have.Their website says they 'show up on time, treat your home like our own'- this crew never showed up on time, left early every day, and absolutely treated my home with so much disrespect it is unforgivable.Their website says they 'will conduct a final walkthrough to ensure you are 100% satisfied' and 'we clean up like we were never there'- this crew left without doing any kind of walkthrough, they knew I was in no way satisfied and they left my house a wreck. They do not do what they say they will do.After such a terrible experience, after such disrespect of our home and after failing to do anything resembling a quality job the supervisor suggested the crew come back to 'make it right'. No way will I allow these people into my home ever again.Their solution was to apologize and offer me a small discount. I will regret hiring this company for the rest of my life. I cannot even begin to describe what a terrible experience this was for my family, one that I relive every time I walk into my home and still see the unacceptably horrible job they did.
Zach was extremely professional and courteous. He came in to my house (one time, which is hard to find), gave us an on the spot quote, coordinated the painter coming in, executing the job and clean up.Cannot recommend enough!!!

I recently hired 1Painter Louisville, which is a franchise owned by Aaron White. Not only was he prompt, but professional, courteous and very affordable. We had our living room painted by Ivan, and he was on time, extremely neat, and had it done to meet more than my expectations in just one day! He went above and beyond to fill the nail holes, and even took out the old hardened caulk around my trim to replace it with new. He was kind and respectful of our home, and would love to hire him again for our future painting needs. I can not say enough how pleased I am with the entire process.
