We have now used Certa Pro for several projects at our home from painting the exterior to interior walls. Edgar is great, he is detailed oriented and follows up with timing, paint colors and sheen while keeping us informed of when to expect the crew and project timeline. The crew is headed up by Bennie, he is fantastic and takes time to be sure everything is completed to satisfaction. We completed a walkthrough at completion and wanted one area by a window touched up which was completed with no questions and the very next day. CertaPro Painters painted my view fence in our backyard. They did an amazing job. They were very professional and did the job promptly. The workers were very clean and friendly. CertaPro will be doing my community common walls so I asked if while here they were offing a discount to the 900 homes and they were. Edgar came out and was a very nice professional young man and gave me a fair price in under 30 minutes. I was painting my house the exact same colors and WAS is the key word! We had a contact I paid a deposit and had a monday start day when out of the blue I reached out to my HOA to tell them to share with homeowners the discount. She informed me I had not got approval! I said I am going with same colors so an upgrade for me and community. She informed me my colors may not be allowed anymore that they had changed some. SOME was an understatement! They changed them all. My brown on brown was no more. I got all the new schemes and picked one and texted Adgar 911. This is on Friday with a Monday start! No problem he changed the colors and contact. I was takin aback when 1 guy Eric showed up Monday. I asked if more are coming? Nope just Eric he is a beast. And a beast and damn good painter he is! The key is good prep in taping off and it is more than half the time maybe even 75%? Well his prep work was meticulous as was his painting. My house is a totally new house to me and my neighborhood! I hope I don't drive by on accident ?? I would highly recommend CertaPro and if you contract with them. Request Eric! Joe B
