I had a great experience with my house painter Henry! He was reasonably priced, very communicative, and reliable throughout the whole process. I also had some stucco that needed repair, and he gave me a great price for that as part of the job. I’ll definitely be referring friends.
They did excellent work painting the exterior of my home. I really liked the option to upgrade the paint quality to the best Dunn Edwards. The prep work was very thorough as well which lends confidence to an extended service life. Great job guys and gals.
I was pleased through the walk through with Adam. Unfortunately after the walk through 80% of the things we reviewed for touch up we're not done. I mentioned my concern and we set up an appointment for another walk through. We were in the middle of moving to the property and I waited 2 hours and no show. Adam said he had a problem with his texts and didn't get mine with the confirmation. We were so busy with the move that I just asked him if he could walk the property and treat the house as if it were his own. See attached pic for his response. He basically said that I was being petty and he would never be that picky with his own home.Things that were left undone:- 2 broken flood lights, never replaced.- Brand new recycle bin completely full of paint and personal trash from the workers truck- Numerous wash out spots and paddies of stucco repair in rock and landscape- Numerous paint overspray on rock accents.- 4 windows that had over 1 inch of overspray- RV gate frame with excessive overspray and then areas completely stripped to metal after I pointed it out the first time (yet overspray still left in spots as well)All in all I was still completely willing to give them a chance to fix it however Adam insisted on an insulting lengthy text thread putting me at blame for the situation. I guess I was expected to do as he said he would do at his own house and 'deal with it myself'.I wasn't going to write a review until a few family and friends pointed out the same things I was concerned with. After visiting with a neighbor and seeing their results of their new paint job it was obvious to me that I wasn't as unrealistic in my expectations as Adam presented in his texts.While I can't include all images, I've added some to help aid in the review. All in all, not a company I'd recommend or have back again if you are 'picky' about these kinds of things.
