I had a short-turnaround project that I needed done immediately. Larry was super helpful and responsive, and when it turned out his schedule was too full to take on my project, he helped me find another painting company. Thanks, Larry!
Wow and Larry Lemberger did an excellent job on our Condo. Nothing I asked was too much, Emanuel, Jefferson, and Larry really were very professional. I wish I had more for them to paint! Cleaned up after they were thru for the day. Nothing was left for me to correct or complain about.
Our expectations were exceeded after a recent project painting stairway area and hallways in our 1906 home. Emmanuel and his team did a great job painting the staircase itself, the two story walls, ceiling, hallway and door. His work speaks for itself but his friendly demeanor and customer service skills took the project above and beyond. I’m a bit of a perfectionist and Emmanuel even came back to do touch ups after we had carpet installed and there were a few scuffs. Larry was also fantastic to work with from the initial walk through and quote to checking in when the projecti was complete. I will be hiring them again for future projects! Emmanual was fantastic. Not only was his work top notch, but he gave me the best customer service experience I've had in years. So many painters act like you're a burden and they are in a hurry. He stopped to answer my questions and made sure I was satisfied with each response. Larry set up the appointment and while very professional I felt like they were both family or friends rather than strange painters. The WOW team earns that name.I requested a "seasoned" look to the carved design on the front. Emmanuel didn't even flintch. He said "...sure no problem..." I was overjoyed with the results. See for yourself in my pics.
I wish I could’ve had a positive experience like some of the other reviews here. Expensive mistake which I regret. The Milwaukee crew I had made me wonder if they even cared to take time on the details as the owner promised his team focused on “Quality over Speed” and their attention to detail was what they were known for. Some area of my floors made me question how well they were covered. Drips, splatter, smears on wood floors, paint on my couch and chair, messy overspray with texture on trim and moldings.Owner very apologetic and did offer to make it right when I pointed out quality concerns near the end of day one. I was told he would take care of it, talk to his crew and I wouldn’t even be able to tell by the end of day 2.After the completion of the project there were still the same issues. I reached out to customer service and waited over a week for my “call back in 1 day” as indicated on the website. The owner called back with a solution to send back his lead crew memeber to correct issues, mainly the area where toe kick and floor met.Ultimately I turned it down because I was not interested in the same painting crew or crew leader trying to fix what the should have cleaned up right when they had a chance. The crew leader or perhaps the owner should have noticed quality issues on managing the project on day 1 or day 2. I have painted many times and know if drips/spills happen, they usually wipe up with a damp rag-before it dries.I guess for something like this it really depends who you get. Owner admitted at the end of day 1 he had 2 crew members who probably shouldn’t be working together because they are friends and tend to “forget they are working” and need reminders to focus.I’m upset that I have spend so much money and every time I enter a room I am reminded of this-plus I still have to figure out cleaning up my wood floors and redo some detail painting myself.
