First, I find it weird that all their reviews are 5 stars. Even the best companies get 4 star reviews once in a while. Let me say, everyone in this company is super nice and really great people. However, they overpromise and under-deliver. Especially for the prices they charge. We were promised they would clean everything, sand, paint, sand, apply a second coat. I was working from home all the time they painted and they never once sanded the kitchen wall. Further, there were missed spots, paint on some of the light switches, lamps, etc. Their were brush hairs stuck on the ceiling. They came back twice to fix things, but all was not satisfactory. We were just exhausted at that point so we let it go. The worse part was their paint matching for the ceiling. We wanted a certain white, but they took a picture of a ceiling that had been painted a while back (so the white was faded). So their color match actually matched a dull faded white which we did not like. Again, I cant say enough how nice and great these people are but we cannot recommend them to anyone in our case which is a shame.
We were more than pleased with Passionate Painters. All members of the team we dealt with were very courteous and showed the utmost professionalism. Jeremie the estimator, who responded promptly to our request for a consultation, explained all the steps that would be involved in our challenging painting project (see picture attached) and addressed all of our concerns.We very much appreciated the timeliness of the follow-up for contract specifications and scheduling of the project.Most of the interior of our house was painted and the work completed was more than impressive. Arezki spent a week completing the project and showed up every morning with enthusiasm and cheerfulness. At the end of every day, all equipment and mess were picked up to start again the next day. His expertise, skills and attention to detail were outstanding.We highly recommend Passionate Painters !!
Thanks for the beautiful painting job in our home. Very happy we chose Passionate Painters. The crew is obviously proud of their work because they really paid attention to details. I would 100 percent hire you for any other painting job in our home. My only complaint is that you start way too early in the morning for us old folks, LoL.
Passionate Painters were amazing to work with. Jeremy came to my newly purchased income property and was so informative on how their processed work from a free estimate, and how they complete the work from start to finish. They did an amazing job, painting a bedroom, hallway, living room and kitchen. They even caulk the baseboards and did an amazing job on the trim. Let's just say it looks like a brand new space. They left without a trace of dirt or mess. I would a 1000% recommend these guys to all my friends & family.
