Reviews frequently note detailed estimates, steady communication, and efficient, respectful crews. Many homeowners are pleased with the refreshed look and cleanliness after the job. Some negative feedback cites inconsistent coverage and challenges with follow-up on issues. Overall sentiment trends positive but highlights the importance of thorough final inspections.
*** Nearly 3 years after our house was painted, we started to see the poor job that was actually done. Seams were not painted; there was inconsistent coverage, and an overall lack of accountability for resolution. Similar to other reviews I have read, despite my efforts and their repeated commitment to 'making it right,' we've had no success, just failed commitments. I have engaged the owner directly several times; however, despite being pleasant to deal with, nothing happens. At this point, simply fixing their work is not enough to save the client experience. We are embarrassed at how our house looks now, and if we'd known this was going to be the outcome, we would never have allowed them to paint our house. We are considering a BBB complaint.***Original review-JR and team did a great job on our place this summer! We had the exterior of our house (vinyl and brick) painted and couldn’t be happier. The crew were very friendly, professional, great communication and easy to work with. I’d certainly recommend for anyone interested in sprucing up their curb appeal.
Love Love Love the new colour of my home. Many people in town have commented on the new look. I have even shared the company info with a few people as they are thinking of updating their homes.
Very happy with our Spray net experience from our Salesman Matt who took the time to answer all questions and providing a detailed quote, to the office team that did the billing, to the painting crew with team lead Scott. The crew was respectful, worked straight ahead, took care of details, did a fantastic job cleaning up before leaving and during the walk around touching up a couple of little spots. We did not change the colour of our house but the siding is insulated metal siding installed 60 or 70 years ago and the south side was peeling - they had to do lots of prep work prior to painting. it will be hard to tell from the photos but for us it sure gave the old girl a great face lift.Thank you to the whole team.
Estimate was fully detailed and explained. Spray Net team was professional, experienced, efficient. Work updates were regularly provided.Questions and expectations were answeredFinished work exceeded our expectations and gave our home a brand new look, popping with colour. Cost of project was most reasonable. We would have no hesitancy to giving Spray Net an unqualified recommendation for quality of work.
From start to finish there was constant communication with the company. After some delays due to weather. The crew arrived, got right to work and the house was almost completed as promised ( a small mishap). The end result is so beautiful. We could not be happier. It’s like complete transformation and getting a new home. The price is extremely reasonable. It also comes with a warranty.Unfortunately, once the weather got cooler, the original color was visible at the seams of the siding. This was an issue that was specifically discussed during the initial meeting. As the weather gets cooler the siding separates. What followed was more than a month of frustration in trying to get the team back to do touch ups. We had to get out into the schedule. It finally got resolved but my husband still had to do more touch ups.As a result of this issue, we can not highly recommend Spray Net Moncton. The end result is beautiful, but follow up customer service is less than stellar. We hope the product holds up over time.
