Unfortunately, my experience with CertaPro was disappointing.I chose them based on strong reviews & solid initial communication. I clearly requested (via email and text) that my bathroom walls, trim, baseboards, and back of the door all be painted the same dark color. Despite providing this information in advance, there was confusion about scheduling and paint details the day before the job.They showed up on time, which I appreciated, but the trim and door were not painted as originally requested. The initial finish was also streaky, with some paint splatter and uneven edging. To their credit, they returned to address major issues. However, I had to rearrange my schedule again to accommodate and one uneven area I ultimately fixed myself.They were fast, but the quality reflected that. Communication and customer service could have been stronger overall.
The CertaPro team completed the work on schedule and on budget. They were diligent prep work - scraping and sealing the windows and overhang edges. The final paint work is excellent! The house looks great
We took bids on the job and they were not the cheapest but provided more details that ensured our expectation were clear and covered. Once the scheduling could be pinned down everything went smoothly. The crew was professional, focused and communicated with us with questions and input. We are well pleased with the finished results. They did a great job on painting my fence. The communication was very helpful. We had bad weather the last week or so and keep us informed and showed up as soon as they could complete the job. I would recommend they the price was right and quality was top notch .
Job was done carefully and methodically with daily clean-up and stowage of tools and equipment. End result was restoration of an old 1930’s era raised basement duplex to its original glory. All old and rotten wood was replaced and final top coat shines. Nice contrast on front and rear architectural details, vents, and soffits. Company stuck to its contract agreements and workers behaved in courteous and professional manner. I would use them again for other paint projects when needed.
