Five Star was fantastic! The team was very professional and got the entire interior of my house painted beautifully. I even threw an artistic ceiling paint job at them and I am so pleased with how it turned out. In addition to paint, they prepped my walls for a very picky wallpaper installer who was quite pleased with the results.
Horrible. Overpriced didn't finish as scheduled. Damaged floors,broke ceiling fan and thermostat. I lost money by having to reschedule electric and plumbing. Moved in on bare concrete because job took 3x longer than promised. Very messy, ruined my shop vac and got paint on some furniture. Worse experience ever. Would like to not give any stars but then I couldn't post
My wife and I had a great experience with 5 Star Painting. They gave us the most competitive bid and followed it up with an incredible paint job. We loved our professional, all female crew as they were both very talented and very clean. They really treated our property as if it were their own and even took their trash daily never once putting even a piece a tape in my trash can, wow. When it came time for our walk through afterwards there wasn’t one thing we had to point out to get fixed. I look forward to using 5 Star Painting again in the future and wouldn’t hesitate at all to recommend them.
There were a couple of communication hiccups at the start of the project, but Five Star really came through. They told me to "trust the process". Not easy when I'm not on site all the time! But I took a deep breath and decided to try. I am glad that I did. They did a great job and I am completely happy with the work that they did. They even replaced some rotted siding and had a new front fascia milled that had suffered storm damage and subsequent rot. Thank you for bringing the home back to life. It feels good to have given her a much need "spa treatment".
