Zero, and i mean zero accountability with thid company. They screwed up and refuse to own it. Claim filed with BBB and they remain unresponsive. Avoid!You get what you pay for. I had CertaPro Painters several rooms, a railing and a ceiling last fall. The more I look at the area painted, the more flaws I see. Living room wall is splotchy, bathroom paint wasn't bathroom friendly, and shows water tracks, ceiling paint job didn't cover, paint on my baseboards, paint along the the bathroom door chipping and didn't cover previous color and paint on the ceilings in multiple rooms. Run, and find a better company and pay for quality.
