I was blown away with his professional appearance, so easy to talk with & express all that I wanted done. He went room by room with me & took pictures/videos of what I needed repaired & what/how I wanted things done. He was very responsive to my questions & had a quote back to me quickly which explained everything very thoroughly.Time to start the project, Michael ((Project manager) and the team showed up on time (every day) told me where they would start so I could still live comfortably (with my 3 dogs) while work was done. They were all very professional, friendly, respectful and responsive to any of my concerns. Andre & a father - son team were excellent workers, worked hard every day, cleaned everything up before they left. Again, very professional, clean, quality work & paid attention to every detail! We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Getting a quote was quick and easy, communication was clear and responsive, and scheduling the work was incredibly straightforward. The crew was especially awesome — they showed up on time every day, were extremely detailed, and kept everything very clean throughout the entire process. We really appreciated how much care they took with prep, trim work, and cleanup, and it was obvious how professional and experienced they are. They moved efficiently through all of the rooms while still doing an excellent, high-quality job. Overall, this was a great experience and we would absolutely recommend them without hesitation.
We had an incredible experience with Prep Smart from beginning to end and would highly recommend. From the in-depth initial consultation with Raphael, the quote process and working with James throughout the project we felt like we were in very capable hands and the process eased our anxieties about the large project. We had significant ceiling damage which required extensive drywall repairs, priming and painting on expansive cathedral ceilings, a large basement ceiling, and two bedroom ceilings. We are incredibly happy with the results and now have smooth bright white ceilings in each room. It has made such a difference in our entire home and the results far exceeded our expectations!
