Gabriel and his team at American Town Painting exceeded expectations of time to complete the project and the quality of work done when completed. We bought a home in Herriman from out of state and Gabriel took the time to keep us informed and help walk us through the project. He picked up at every phone call which is very very rare in construction work. Carlos was an amazing project manager on site to make sure everything was completed correctly. In drafting this review, contemplation was given to using numerous superlatives and encomiums to express our appreciation of American Town Painting's performance. The one description which continues to ruminate in my mind is "Outstanding". There are four core areas garnering the outstanding designation: quality of work, delivery on promises and expectations, value, and communication.Quality of work - Preparation of the area to be painted was thorough and complete. Evidenced by the painstaking attention to the little details and the quality assurance process used. Starting with taping and masking, paint application, clean up and calking, no shortcuts occurred. Quality was optimally achieved in all aspects of the project.Delivery on Promises and expectations - the initial scope of the project deemed an expectation of three weeks from start to finish. Painters showed up promptly every morning (circa 8:30) and worked a full 8-9 hours. They even worked on a holiday, to ensure the schedule was met, which endured them to us. We knew from their attitude and demeanor they would deliver as promised and not make excuses.Value - the paint used was high quality and matched the value of our home. We expected the paint to be of the highest caliber and were not disappointed. You can see the difference in how it covered the walls, ceilings, doors, baseboards and crown modeling. From a return on investment perspective the price was reasonable and will last for several years.Communication - Gabriel and his team spent time walking us through each phase of the project. We knew what to expect, why it was happening, and were consulted when decisions for change needed to occur. It was a partnership and when working with Contractors this cannot be over emphasized.Based on our experience we would wholeheartedly endorse American Town Painting for jobs small or large. Can’t say enough good about Gabe who owns American Town Painters-super responsive and great at getting guys here to get the job done. Gabe has had Carlos and his team paint two of our homes, and both experiences have been exceptional. Carlos is quick, efficient, and incredibly hardworking. What really stands out is how clean and respectful he is—he always keeps the work areas tidy and cleans up after himself each day. It makes such a difference to have contractors who treat your home with care. The quality of their work is beautiful, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We will absolutely use them again and recommend them to everyone we know.
I went with American Town Painting because of their stellar Google reviews and they did not disappoint. Gabriel understood our vision clearly, articulated it to his team, and stopped by frequently to monitor the quality of their execution. Every member of his team was diligent, hardworking and pleasant to interact with; we felt completely comfortable having them in our home.They removed and replaced baseboards, and painted two levels of our home three different colors— excellent work. They also discovered old water damage hidden beneath a section of crown molding and smoothly repaired it in no time. The door trim we chose was too wide for three of our doorframes with adjacent shutters, outlets and corners. Edgar customized the trim to accommodate each door while maintaining our chosen trim design. It’s seamless.I can’t recommend their work enough. Very tidy, fast-moving and skilled, would love to work with them again.
For knowing nothing about home ownership and thinking I could take on a massive painting project myself, Gabriel and his crew SAVED me!I reached out for a quote and was able to schedule a preliminary walkthrough with Gabriel to discuss a plan and a quote. Gabriel took into account my naivete and income to give me a fair price and also help take the stress of DIY projects off of my plate.We had our entire interior painted and patched, we also had our kitchen cabinets refinished by his partner company White Fox Cabinets. Gabriel included that in our cost so it was one easy payment.Odi at White Fox did an incredible job with the previous owners DIY disaster job to turn the cabinets into our dream cabinets!Our painters were Igor and Victor. 2 awesome guys who did a wonderful job, worked around our crazy frazzled brains, and were considerate and respectful of our space. They were always asking if we liked everything, if there was anything they could fix or that I noticed, and they answered all of our questions with ease.We are so grateful for the entire crew that helped us out. Our house now feels like a home and it looks AMAZING!
