Had such a good experience with an exterior painting job that I hired Malone again for an interior job! I especially appreciated their skill and attention to detail with all the small repairs that go along with a paint job. And I was happy to see my team leaders Bryan and Sadie return for my second job along with familiar faces in their crew—they were all so helpful and friendly, it seems like the company takes care of its workers.
From beginning to end the team at Malone delivered a fantastic experience. From the initial meeting with Jon to Jose and his team, all the way to the final walk through, we were met with professionalism and a desire to provide excellent service. We could not be happier with the team’s work and how quickly they were able to complete a large job! Highly recommend to anyone who wants the job done right.
I am very satisfied with Malone Painting. From the staff to the crew, all friendly and working above and beyond to provide excellent service. Oscar and his crew did a great job repairing and painting the exterior of my 60-year-old house, which was riddled with woodpecker holes. The crew was very professional, polite and cleaned up at the end of each day. John was dedicated to matching the exterior house and front door colors, and he did an excellent job! Thanks to Jaren for getting the ball rolling and to Jen for talking about payment options with me. Malone Painting is a great choice for your painting needs.
From the start, Malone was intentional to prove their marketed and advertised excellence in communication and integrity. They nailed it! From start to finish they stayed connected, present and available. Oscar and his team were beyond professional and helpful. The end result for us was transformative. It’s like we own a new house, thanks to them!
Three stars is the maximum I can give. I really hoped Malone Painting would be great because it came recommended and expected them to do a better job than the lone contracters I got quotes from would, since they’re quote was about double. The sales reps and project mgrs arrive in shiny trucks with the logo splashed on the side and will tell you everything you want to hear. I made it very clear I needed uniform color throughout and the trim and baseboards repaired as much as possible. I was reassured that would no problem. In the end instead of professionals you get a bunch of guys who don’t even look old enough to drink and give you a deer in headlights look if you give any direction or ask a question while they’re working on the job. Many times the project mgr Adam forgot to relay aspects of the job to them and didn’t come through on promises made before the project began. The painters got stain on my hardwood floors and walls in several places, did rushed sanding and caulking jobs and left uneven wall paint jobs in places. They’d come back, do basically the same thing again, then leave, without no real improvement. I could keep letting this job go on for more weeks and keep dealing with them because I had other refinishing jobs that needed to get done.In the end, it looked like what I’d expect one of those lone contractors to accomplish: uneven finish, messes left behind, directions not followed through or directions unrelayed time and time again. Oh, and if you see one of those Malone signs in someone’s yard… it’s because it’s in the agreement signed the customer must let them put those up for over a week, not because the customer is actually thrilled with their work.In the end I think I should have gone with a better established painting co like Certipro who gave about the same quote or with a painting contracter for half the price.Photos added are problem areas that were never fixed or noticed by the painters, that after atleast 6 visits still look shoddy. A couple I will add later as I seem to have lost them.
