He offered saving tips to keep the quote lower and was super accommodating with key pick up. There was no dust from all the sanding that had to be done. The floors were covered and taped. It has been a pleasure working with Grandview Painting, What a pleasant group of people.Hard working and really good with the multi level roof trim. We had them clean 14 years of neglected rough cedar trim and re stain it, what a difference. The scope of work was very large and way too big and for me alone, I would never have gotten it all done.What a relief to see the house completed and looking new again. Their timing was perfect just before the fall rains start again.P.S.I have been making decorative changes to some of the deck railings and planters, so those were not done.At least I get to paint something on my own.Thanks Johnny, Daren and Darrel.

We had new windows installed and needed the casings painted. Johnny (the owner) came by and colour matched the house paint colour because I wanted it to match the new casings. His crew were fantastic and it was a perfect match. We have used Grandview Painters in the past and will continue using them for all our painting projects to come.
