I needed an interior and exterior paint job for my rental property this summer before prepping it for sale. I was fortunate to call up “Sunnyside Painting” and they were able to quickly schedule an estimate for the next day. Their price was fair and they also expedited my schedule to accommodate my timeline for the flooring work. They have a crew of workers that is fast and efficient. They did a wonderful job especially with the interior work to cover a lot of walls were previously painted in very dark colors by tenants. It was a miraculous transformation and it made our property stand out and shine during the sale.
